100% Done - And a few minor changes

It is really, totally, finally done. We are so happy with the way it turned out, and on the budget we had. We fixed up a few things- the back of the island just did not look right to us- although it was a good idea in theory, for whatever reason the oak bead board on the back just wasn't quite right. We tried adding a bit more white trim around it, and then finally decided it just needed to be all one color.

We found a nice chair at an unfinished wood store and painted and stained it to match the desk. I think the desk area is my favorite part of the kitchen.
